The CGAC does not sell personal information we collect.

We also use and disclose data, which does not identify individuals, for statistical purposes to develop and enhance CGAC programs and services. If you supply us with your email address, you may receive notifications from us with important information about the CGAC program or service in which you are registered. Our preferred method of reaching members, lesson participants and users is via email.

Canada Games Aquatic Centre uses the collected data for various purposes:

- To monitor the usage of our websites
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues

Retention of Data
The CGAC will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. The CGAC is operated out of an office in New Brunswick, Canada. Whilst all servers and data are stored in Canada, our membership database and scheduling system are created and maintained by Max Galaxy Active Net in the United States. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. The CGAC will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

If the CGAC is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice when your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Please do not post photos you do not have permission to post, including photos of children without the permission of a parent or guardian.
We welcome constructive feedback, but we reserve the right to remove any comments that are inappropriate due to foul language, attacking of a single person or group, unsupported accusations, or spam that explicitly promotes a product or service.
