Andrea Foster - General Manager

Andrea Foster is General Manager of the Canada Games Aquatic Centre in Saint John, New Brunswick, a regional aquatic and recreation facility serving Saint John and surrounding Fundy Region communities.

Andrea joined the Canada Games Aquatic Centre in 2025, bringing extensive senior operations and organizational leadership experience from the private sector. Her career has included leadership of large, geographically dispersed operations in Ontario and New Brunswick, with responsibility for people, service delivery, logistics, financial performance and organizational change.

As General Manager, Andrea leads the Centre's operations, financial stewardship, community partnerships and long-term planning. Her current work includes guiding the organization through a significant facility renewal and operational transition as the Canada Games Aquatic Centre prepares for the 2029 Canada Games.

Andrea is focused on strengthening the Centre's role as a regional community facility, improving accessibility and access to recreation, building sustainable partnerships and positioning the CGAC for its next generation of service.
