Swimming Lessons FAQ
Commonly asked questions:
1. What is the earliest time I can access the locker room to change before my lesson begins?
You can access the locker room 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of your lesson.
2. Do I need to be in the water with my child during their lesson?
Parents/guardians are only required to be in the water for our Parent and Tot Lessons. The other lessons parents are not required to be in the water and we do not allow parents to be in the water.
3. I'm uncertain about the appropriate level for my child or myself. How should I decide?
We recommend reviewing the level descriptions and selecting the one that best aligns with your or your child's abilities.
4. I'm having trouble logging in to my Perfect Mind account. What steps should I take?
If you're encountering difficulties with your current account, we advise creating a new account. Please note that we transitioned to a new booking system a few years ago, and your login details might be associated with the previous system.
5. The Swimming Lesson I want is full. What should I do next?
Please add yourself or the child on the waitlist. If a spot opens, you will be informed (phone call or email).
