We now have limited access to internet and email. We can be reached at email@example.com
We do not have access to emails or files prior to the City's cyber attack.
UPDATE - November 19th, 2020
As well as being able to accept debit/credit payments at the front desk or by phone, our online payment system is available for class and membership sign ups on our website.
We will soon be announcing our Specialty Classes for Winter 2021 which require advanced registration.
We thank you for your patience as we continue to work on restoring internet and email access. We are still available by phone at 506-658-4715.
UPDATE - Nov 18, 2020
We are pleased to announce that we are now able to accept debit/credit payments at the front desk or by phone.
There is still no internet or email access at this time. We continue to work on implementing an alternative solution to get full internet service back into our facilities.
We can still be reached by phone at 506-658-4715. We are unable to respond to emails at this time.
We are open with regular business hours. Swimming and fitness classes are proceeding as scheduled.
UPDATE - Nov 17, 2020
The Canada Games Aquatic Centre is still open to the public with regular business hours while the City of Saint John works to resolve issues in information technology.
We do not have access to internet or email at this time. We cannot process electronic payments (cash only) or respond to any inquiries over email. We are still available by phone at 506-658-4715. Regularly scheduled swimming and fitness classes are proceeding as usual.
We are currently working on an alternative solution to bring internet and email back to the facility and will keep our patrons updated. Follow any of our social media accounts to stay informed.
